If Ur PC/Laptop in Windows OS then Data connectivity network software installing after inserting your iBall net connect device otherwise for ubuntu need to change settings in command menu.

Sir I Purchased I Ball 3.5G Netshetter but during in use we found that this net shetter do not support idea 3G Sim(Idea Netsetter DataCard Sim).When I connect this sim using this data card it connect successfully but data uploading and downloading speed is 0 KB/S and show UTMS. But when I check this sim on Cracked Idea Net Shetter this sim it work successfully.

Dear sir, I am unable to install/run it on the videocon VT 10 tablet. IBall and videocon customer care have expressed their inability to solve it. The videocon website has a list of supported dongles of ZTE and Huawei. My query is if I get it unlocked or replacing the software can solve the problem. Please help.
Sir, I used to connect iball 3.5G connect on my mac osx 10.6 but now i upgraded it to 10.8 and hence it,s not supporting it so please let me know that how how can I upgrade my internal set up of my datacard.
